At Quaktorxchep, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of PlantVigor Heart. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund, in accordance with applicable EU and Danish consumer protection laws.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason.

You may use the following statement: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following product: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date], name of consumer, address of consumer, date."

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • The product must not have been tampered with, used, or damaged by the consumer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed, where the seal has been broken after delivery, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the consumer.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at call-us@quaktorxchep.world within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions including the return address.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  • Include your order number and name with the returned package.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility, unless the product was delivered in error or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The full purchase price will be refunded, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable).
  • If you chose a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery, we will refund only the cost equivalent to the standard delivery option.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at call-us@quaktorxchep.world. In such cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • You will receive a full refund or a replacement product, at your discretion.
  • Your statutory rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) remain unaffected.

9. Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish and EU law. Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have the right to make a complaint about defective products for up to 24 months from the date of delivery.
